First Of all, you need a Blogger account, Go to Www.Blogger.Com and Create you blogger account. I have explained before how to create a blogger+adsense account.
Have created your Blogger Account & a Blog? It's easy. Isn't it?
Inside your blogger account, Go to Dashboard, Go to Layout, Click on Add a Page Element, you will see this ( see the above image, i have make a rounded border).
If you have not any adsense account you create Adsense Account first.
The most interesting thing is, Google Adsense can approve your account very fast, if you have blogger blog url ( when you fillup adsense form, they ask for your website url, then give your recent blogger creater blog url).
If you are not much comfortable with codes (html+java script) , Use this trick to add Adsense ads to your blogger blog.
A preview you can see below of ad that you are going to show at your blog.
Choose Ad Format, Choose Ad Color, See if you have put your publisher id. (publisher id is your unique google adsense publisher id with that your ad results will be track , it will look like - for a example - ca-pub-1234562800777 , See at your Google Adsense account's Account Tab to get your publisher id).
Save Change !

Sir,my blog is sourenbasu.blogspot.com. I want to earn money on line by Adsense. I went through the site paidforwritedown.blogspot.com, but could not found layout in the Dashboard window. Please help me to open an adsense account. I want to add ADvertisment in my blog.

Hi souren, i just have seen your blog, you have added google adsense code at your blogger blog. So i can guess you have blogger account, please check if you are using BETA blogger. The next page of Signin is Dashboard, there you can find a option of your blog 'layout'.
